Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 August 2026

These terms govern your use of Bloomi. Please read them carefully — they cover how invested gifts work, what we're responsible for, and what we ask of you.

1. Agreement

  • By creating a Bloomi account or using our website or app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Bloomi.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. Gifts intended for a minor are held by an adult custodian who is responsible for the account.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and to complete any identity verification our regulated partners require.

3. Invested gifts

  • When you send a Bloomi gift, the amount is invested in diversified financial products selected for long-term growth. The minimum gift is $25.
  • Gift value fluctuates with the market. The amount a recipient eventually holds may be more or less than the amount you sent.
  • Recipients must accept a gift and complete verification before the invested balance is theirs to manage.

4. Not investment advice

  • Bloomi provides a gifting and investing platform, not personalised investment, tax, or legal advice. Consider your own circumstances or speak with a qualified professional before investing.

5. Investment risk

  • Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Bloomi does not promise any level of return.

6. Fees

  • Applicable fees are disclosed before you confirm a gift and in your account. We will give advance notice before changing fees.

7. Acceptable use

  • Do not use Bloomi for unlawful activity, money laundering, fraud, or to interfere with the security or operation of the service.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

  • The Bloomi name, logo, and all site and app content are owned by Bloomi and may not be used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloomi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for investment losses resulting from market movements.

10. Changes and contact

  • We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use Bloomi means you accept the updated terms.
